Nearly there for our Christmas Bear

Hi Everyone!  It was a very strange year for everyone – and not a particularly easy one for you, my human family. I hope that next year is a happier and brighter one for everybody.
We bears were very well looked after all year and ten bears were rescued – despite Covid restrictions – and are now happily enjoying their new lives.
Here is my  Christmas newsletter for you to read!
I would love any support you can give me to help FINISH my puzzle before New Year’s Eve! I still have a ways to go!!!
LOVE your bear, Jigsaw !!

My 2020 puzzle is UP and running

Hi everyone!   Happy New Year from your favourite bear!

I’m already celebrating my last TEN happy years with Animals Asia, living at their wonderful sanctuary in Vietnam. And now I’m starting my eleventh year and boy! Have things changed since I first arrived as Bear # 39.  There are now 200 bears living here and we have ten bear houses plus houses for the very boisterous cubs, our more elderly bears (NOT me!!)  plus our southern cousins, the Sun Bears.

As you can see, this is going to be another fabulous puzzle photo of yours truly! I have everyone reason to look so happy because my life here is fantastic – thanks to your support which helps make me a Zero Cost Bear for Animals Asia. Your donations cover ALL my living costs for the whole year.  And I couldn’t be in better caring paws than the team here at Animals Asia.

Christmas Cheer from Jigsaw to his supporters

Hi everyone!  Boy!  Christmas time already! A good year for rescues and much good news to come next year.

Sometimes it’s easy to enjoy a fresh start and a new life at the sanctuary but sometimes it presents a few challenges. Some touching stories in this issue

And other challenges include not only closing down the bear bile farms but but also people’s interest in bear bile as a medicine. But important steps being made in both these areas as Vietnam moves towards no bears to be held privately after 2022!

READ my newsletter HERE  for the latest!

And a Merry Beary Christmas to you all!!
Love, your bear, Jigsaw
