Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas !! Another wonderful year full of rescues along with the happy stories of our Nanning bears relishing their new world of grass, trees, sky and friends. For Christmas this year I have created my very own version of the “12 Days of Christmas”. Check it out in my latest newsletter !! I hope you enjoy singing along to it.

My name is Sal and I have created this site to bring awareness to the plight of the beautiftul Moon Bears of Asia. Together we can make a difference by raising money to care for our adopted Moon Bear Jigsaw. In the photo with me is my own little moon bear. Our border collie Gemma lived a wonderfully happy 17+ years. She was my mascot right through the fuN-raising for Jigsaw and then decided her job was done. She passed away in December 2010, the day after we finished raising the initial money to rescue Jigsaw but I know she has gifted her happy, joyful spirit onto him! Below is a Progress Thermometer that shows how much money we have raised since we started, late in 2009! WOW!! Impressive! To all our supporters, thank you for your generosity and PLEASE, KEEP YOUR DONATIONS COMING!! Bears like to live a long time :o)
